OMG, Miley Cyrus better known to millions of people around the world, is releasing an extended play disc with brand new songs including this new one that will premiere this monday August 3rd on mainstream radio. The EP which the official cover is the picture above and it will be released on August 31st only at Wal-Mart being titled The Time Of Our Lives. "Party In The USA" is the first single, and its the only song known from this record so far.
