Gia Farrell - New Religion [Official Music Video]

Does anybody remember Gia Farrell, but me?
It's funny, because i was in a fancy club last night, and i say FANCY, cause i was surprised that "Hit Me Up" played there.lol

For everybody who doesn't know, "Hit Me Up" was the soundtrack of the 2006 Musical 3D Film, Happy Feet. A very up-tempo Dance-pop/R&B song that fitted perfectly with the musical. Farrell never had a chance to release her self-titled debut album, due to the drop from Atlantic Records. Check the music video for "Hit Me Up" below.




Ok, nowadays Farrell is writing and producing new music for her debut album to come out hopefully in the fall. Her first single was rumoured to be "I Been Hopin'" a mid-tempo R&B Ballad, WHICH i honestly think she retracted due to obvious reasons,lol. Try again, hunny... cause we know u still hopin...

Anyways, Farrell released a new music video this past May 22nd titled "New Religion", which is CLEARLY very cheap, she kinda tried to go with Beyonce's "Halo" in the uptempo beats later in the song AND the video is black & white. Hmmmm...
